Question about LG 26LX1D 26 in. LCD HDTV
We have a LG 26LX1D. The unit is 16 months old and from the beginning when the TV would turn on we had sound but no picture. After tuning it off and back on the picture would come on. LG and the store where purchased would not do anything about it saying it was a poor signal issue, even though we have a new built house and cable signals were excellant. Now the power to the house went out twice in a row, the tv was off/standby and will not turn on. The standby light comes on red. I have the back of the tv off and the fan spins and there are 7 led lights on the main board DL1402, DL1401 and DL1403 located in the top left corner of the board are green. Towards the center right of the board 117, 118 and 119 leds are green and flash. Over by the cable card port there is 2 leds marked DL1101 and DL1102 only one of them lights up and it is red.
I don't have the tv hooked up to cable at this point in case that might have anything to do with the leds blinking.
If you could reccomend parts I would buy.

Replace capacitors c520 and c126 to get your power working again.
Also make sure that you don't have a broken green 3 inch jumper wire broke that lies under the heat shield in the top right corner. The wire should be glued to the board for stability. It sometimes breaks loose and will cause the TV screen to stay off.
