SOURCE: Hello, my video card is

You should be able to adjust the color balance for the card. There will be software on your machine that allows you to set the color balance and other things. Usually there is at least some red However if the red is totally gone then it could be a problem with the cabling/connector between the desktop and the monitor, like a loose pin or wire. It is possible that it may be the monitor that has the red out. So first check your connections and your color balance. If that seems ok then try another monitor before you go further. If a different monitor has the same problem (with different cabling too) then you will know.

My NVIDIA GeForce 8800 Ultra has stopped because it has problems Code 43. What is Code 43 ? How to fix it ?

Code 43 means that one of the drivers controlling the 8800 notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner. Check the hardware documentation for more information about diagnosing the problem. You can also download the latest drivers for the 8800Ultra from the Nvidia website.
Just select the following for each heading:
Product Type: GeForce
Product Series: GeForce 8 series
Product: GeForce 8800 Ultra
Operating System: Whichever Operating System you are using
Language: English (US)

Then click search and finally download.
The file size should be around 80.4MB.

No color Red, Dell XPS 400, NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE video card

Mike,

I would recommend for you to try different monitor, so that you can isolate the problem.

If same problem occur, try to plug in your video card into another PCI slot in your computer. Cleaning the gold fingers of the video card with a clean cotton cloth might help.

Use a blower to remove some dust on the PCI slot.

Or try inserting the video card in another computer. If you get the same problem on another computer, you need to replace the card.

Good luck!

My 3 yr old Dell computer has a Nvidia GeForce 7300 video card that appears to be failing - got an error message Hardware acceleration is disabled - what should be done. Is it a fault or a setting?

To fix this click Start>Run. Then type in 'dxdiag' and click OK. Wait until it finishes loading and click the 'display' tab. Look for 'DirectX Features' with a blue font. Make sure everything under the heading is enabled

Downlaod and install latest bios update from support.dell.com

Installed latest Nvidia GeForce 7300 video card drivers from Nvidia manufacturer website
