Question about Nikon COOLPIX Cameras
I took a lot of pictures yesterday. The pictures are on the camera, but when I try to upload them I get a message that reads "No pictures detected on memory card". I've used two different USB Ports on my PC with the same result.
Have you tried a memory card reader?
What software are you using? I would try Nikon View. If this is what you are using, make sure you haven't set some of the options in the download window, as you can choose to download only photos within a certain a date range, or photos with cetrain attributes. You get an error message somewhat similar to the one you describe if you've set these options and no pictures match them.
