Looks like it only plays .mtv files, so a converter may be needed before uploading video files to the 610.

The lyrics have to be in LRC format - get the LRC file for the song whose lyrics you want to add. Open up windows media player and right-click the song, and select Advanced Tag Editor. Go to the lyrics tab.and then add lyrics.This
will help.Good Luck
In order for Lyrics to work, apart from enabling the function on the player, you need to have for a specific song .MP3 file, a specific formatted lyric file .LRC file in the same folder. Eg:
Mysong.mp3 -> with Lyric -> Mysong.lrc
Hope it helps! Let me know how you go.
U need to get the LRC lyrics file for the same.
This is nothing but lyrics after the time whne it starts.Save this with the same name as the mp3 file, in the same folder. and enable the lyrics sync.
For eg: For the song Jai Ho from movie Slumdog Millionaire: Copy paste:
[ar:Slumdog Millionaire] [ti:Jai Ho] [al:Slumdog Millionaire]
[00:16.13]Jai Ho Jai Ho [00:22.64]Jai Ho Jai Ho [00:27.45] [00:29.83]Aaja Aaja Jind Shamiyane Ke Tale [00:33.77]Aaja Jariwale Nile Aasman Ke Tale [00:36.77]Jai Ho Jai Ho [00:44.08]Aaja Aaja Jind Shamiyane Ke Tale [00:47.58]Aaja Jariwale Nile Aasman Ke Tale [00:50.64]Jai Ho Jai Ho [00:56.02] [00:58.58]Jai Ho [01:00.83]Jai Ho [01:04.52]Jai Ho [01:07.52]Jai Ho [01:12.33]Ratti Ratti Sachi Maine Jaan Gavayi Hai [01:15.45]Nach Nach Koylo Pe Raat Bitayi Hai [01:18.97]Akhiyon Ki Neend Maine Phoonko Se Uda Di [01:22.52]Neele Tare Se Maine Ungli Jalayi Hai [01:26.02] [01:26.34]Aaja Aaja Jind Shamiyane Ke Tale [01:32.34]Aaja Jariwale Nile Aasman Ke Tale [01:36.66]Jai Ho Jai Ho [01:39.78]Jai Ho Jai Ho [01:45.84] [01:49.90] [02:08.15]Jai Ho Jai Ho [02:13.34] [02:14.53]Jai Ho Jai Ho [02:22.33]Chakh Le Ho Chakh Le Ye Raat Shahad Hai Chakh Le [02:29.52]Rakh Le Haan Dil Hai Dil Aakhri Had Hai Rakh Le [02:38.90]Kala Kala Kajal Tera [02:42.17]Koi Kala Jadoo Hai Na [02:47.79] [02:49.41]Kala Kala Kajal Tera [02:52.59]Koi Kala Jadoo Hai Na [02:55.96]Aaja Aaja Jind Shamiyane Ke Tale [03:04.23]Aaja Jariwale Nile Aasman Ke Tale, [03:05.92]Jai Ho, [03:06.61]Jai Ho [03:10.24] [03:14.99] [03:18.49]Jai Ho Jai Ho [03:24.99] [03:25.49]Jai Ho Jai Ho [03:32.48]Kab Se Ha Kab Se Tu Lab Pe Ruki Hai Keh De [03:40.93]Keh De Ha Keh De Ab Aankh Jhuki Hai.. This isn't a great solution. I used MTVVideoConverter to create an .mtv file. Like you, I couldn't get Windows Media Player to sync the file. However, I put the Nextar into MSC USB mode. Then I found the device corresponding to the Nextar -- which had directories name FMIN.DIR, MICIN.DIR, and MTPMEDIA. I connected to MTPMEDIA and there created a subdirectory called Video (I don't know if the name is important) and copied the .MTV file there. I was careful to "safely remove" the device and I was able to view my video.
usually mp3 players comes with an installer because it has different software.... there are mp3s that can trasfer music from computers through copy and paste... but in your case, maybe that's not adviceable... try to look for an installer... if you dont mind, what's the brand of your mp3 player? maybe i can help you find software installer....
In Windows Media Player, you can try right clicking on each song, and going to "Advanced Tag Editor," and then clcikin on the Lyrics Tab. But this may not work, because the player is only guaranteed to support the artist and title information. Other Philips Mp3 players require that songs be in .LRC format in order to display the lyrics (this player will not play LRC, and most mp3 players do not support it b/c everyone downloads in either WMA, Mp3, or AAC format nowadays).
