SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Problem for SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

Formating

I have tried and tried again to figure out my freinds sandisk e250. It is a 2 GB drive but it only comes up with a 6.6 mb drive. I am wondering if it comes with a micro card in it? If it does she must have lost it. I formated the drive, updated it, went into recovery mode. and reprogramed the whole mp3 player. I have ran out of ideas!
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to SanDisk and download the latest firmware update. You shouldn't have to format anything for it to work.

The MP3 player does not come with a removable drive. You can purchase extra memory via MicroSD but it has a built in memory of either 2, 4, 6, or 8GB internalally.

I would contact SanDisk Personally, although I have heard that the tech support is not very consistant.
