Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

2 Answers

Formating I have tried and tried again to figure out my freinds sandisk e250. It is a 2 GB drive but it only comes up with a 6.6 mb drive. I am wondering if it comes with a micro card in it? If it does she must have lost it. I formated the drive, updated it, went into recovery mode. and reprogramed the whole mp3 player. I have ran out of ideas! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brent

Re: Formating

The MP3 player does not come with a removable drive. You can purchase extra memory via MicroSD but it has a built in memory of either 2, 4, 6, or 8GB internalally. I would contact SanDisk Personally, although I have heard that the tech support is not very consistant.

Re: Formating

Go to SanDisk and download the latest firmware update. You shouldn't have to format anything for it to work.
