Will not spin washes drains will not spin dry
I have a splendide 2000 / WD802 pre m with round power buttons. It came with a used RV I bought. Everything would work on it except the drum wouldn't spin at all. After some research and messing around with it I was able to fix it! You remove the back panel and in the bottom left corner there is a white control module chip board mounted in by two screws. Remove the two screws from the back for access to fix it. Now the top plug on pin 1 and 2 shoud have 2 white wires connected to pin 1 and one baby blue wire connected to pin 2. I jumped these 2 pins together with a small length of wire and now our machine spins and works great! Be sure to used at least 6 inches of wire at least as thick as the rest of the wires and make sure that it is well connected. I recommend you take the crimps off the blue and white wires and re crimp them with the jumper wire crimped as well. If you don't have a good connection with a long enough wire it will get hot and possibly catch fire so it is very important to do this correctly. I hope this helps someone!!

I have exactly the same issue. The door normally locks, but doesn't do anything on wash.
SOURCE: splendide 2100 washer/dryer now fails to dry -
Remove the top - two screws in the back then slide forward
In the front right top you will see the air box and the terminals for the heater coil along with other wires and sensors. Start the washer on a dry cycle and check the voltage to the heater terminals. You will be looking for 120 AC. If voltage there but no heat the heating element is bad. If no voltage there follow the wires to the overheat switches and check the voltage on the other side of these switches (round devices with two terminals on top). If there is voltage there then the switch has tripped. Unplug the machine. Look for a spot of paint on this switch, scratch it away and you will see a small hole. Insert a strightened paper clip into this hole and push to reset the switch. Re-power and test the results.
No power to these switches probably means a bad circuit board $$$.

I have the same problem with my WD802 "pre M". I have found this forum and it as helped me some. Here is one forum that might help you - http://applianceguru.com/forum2/17215.html - I think it's my control module, but I cannot find a test guide for my "pre M" WD802 module. I am Calling Splendide first thing tuesday to see if they have a tech manual for the "Pre M" models. Good luck with your WD802.
