Question about Dell A920 InkJet Printer
My Dell A920 has a scan problem. It scans the image but shows solid black for the first 2 inches and then the rest of the image. All settings have been checked as well as obstructions and placement of the document. Any suggestions?
There could be the hardware issue with the scanner.So contact the tech support incase the warranty is still there and you could getb a replacement
