I have an old Toshiba M115-S1061 laptop, with an Intel Celeron M420 1.6ghz processor. Im trying to overclock it to somewhere around 2-2.2ghz. any tips on how to use setfsb or clockgen would be hugely helpful!

Usually for lot of computers works if you take off time battery from motherboard and for laptop also main battery so totally power off for 20min, but it don't work for some laptops if they write pass on hdd or chip. If this don't work then you have to visit service.

You can go up to 3GB of ram with a 32-bit operating system. A 64-bit operating system is needed to use 4GB or more.
In your case, you should be able to, as long as you have the memory slots. If you're out of memory slots, you will have to purchase a stick with higher memory density.
