My problem is with the LCD. Sometimes the image is not clear, this means for example when I go in the MENU the upper part of the icons in there ar okay, in the middle the same icons are one or two pixels more to the right and then the lower part of the icons are also in the right position.
In the moment this problem appears mostly when the batery is allmoust empty or when I tryed to connect the player to an amplifier.
It is possible only this to be the reason for the problem or this something temporary? Please assistance!

Does it connect with windows XP? If so, you might be looking at a windows compatibility issue - check Inovix Imp 65 manufacturer for windows 7 software or drivers. Or if there are none,
google: Inovix Imp 65 in Windows 7
Hi, I have found an English manual for this item. If you have the driver disc that was supplied with the Mp3 player it's on there, if not mail me, email@example.com and I'll try to help you out I could send you a printed copy or if ou can talk me through the process I could try to copy the disc. Regards Phil.
PS I am a computer dummy so nothing technical.
Hi. I've had similar problems with the same model.
Have you tried a Firmware re-install yet? If not, do that first using the CD supplied with it.
Whilst it's plugged into your USB port, it'll hopefully also get a bit of a charge. I notice on mine that the player will only charge from the USB port when the side on/off switch is in the 'on' (up) position, although there are times when the computer will 'reject' the player with the switch in this position - a series of 'ding-dongs' as it connects and disconnects from the USB port!
If this happens to you, just keep trying! Come back to it each day, and try another Firmware re-load!
Mine took a few days, but then decided to come to life - weird machine!
sounds like bad news - if the flash (update to firmware) failed during update, the item is more than likely dead. Warranty return possible?
Can you try another usb device on that same pc?
just to verify the usb ports are working properly and supplying proper power to the devices.
