Question about Samsung DynaFlat TX-P3076WH 30" TV
On a 4 year old Samsung 30" hdtv. I have the power off problem, but when I do get it to stay on there is a wide, black bar at the bottom of the picture which is really the picture moved up toward the top of the screen. It starts out wide and gets smaller throughout the day and yesterday it disappeared altogether. Today there is a small black bar at the bottom remaining. In watching a football game with the score being shown in a top corner, the team which is on the top has its name cut off. These would seem to be two unrelated problems, but when the tv is first turned on before it turns itself off, the picture is whole and complete. TIA
Greeeting from Belize you are having a problem either with cold solder or a problem in the power supply those lines are hum bars due to a defected filter cap.resolder your power supply if that does not solve the problem then you replace the power supply you can get a power supply kit from www.dalbani.com in florida.good luck.also make check in the vertical section if you cannot do it your self take it to a qualified tech to resolve your problem this should cost you about $75.00. to get it fix.
