Question about DeLonghi DH90U Dehumidifier
I have a DeLonghi DH90U. The unit will run, but when the compressor kicks in, it will only stay on for a minute before shutting off. The unit is still running (only the fan is running), but the compressor is off. This cycle will continue every few minutes indefinitely.
Is the unit a goner or is it worth repairing? There is some rust in the drain bucket, and filter is clean.

There are many reasons for a dehumidifier to not work or collect water.
Here is a tip that I wrote to help people to figure out what is going wrong with their dehumidifier.
