I am getting a 1" dark bar all the way down pages that are sent only. I do not get this on faxes I receive. I have changed the toner, drum and used canned air to clean the entire inner sections of the fax machine. I have also cleaned the with with the blue thingy.

The problem is likely the scanner. Both copies and faxes are scanned. Tell it to scan an image. Lift the top, so you can watch the light bar go down the page. Its most likely got a dark area. If under warranty, make arrangements to get it repaired or replaced. If not it may cost as much as a new printer. It has to be taken apart to replace the part.
The machine keeps in memory only reports of faxes sent or received until the page is full.When the report page is full, the earliest fax is removed to make way for the most recent. Therefore if you sent enough faxes after 4 Apr 08 to fill a page, there will be no record.
1. Check ink cartridges of the recieving printer.
2. Make a copy from your printer,if there is any problem while copying then replace the printer.
3. If the copying is not fine then clean the scan feeder, andif it is fine then it is an issue wih the other printer.
