After much irritation at not being able to find a manual that told you how to do this... I found it!

1. Place your projecter in stanby mode
2. Press RESET
3. Press the LEFT arrow key
4. Press the RIGHT arrow key
5. Press ENTER

These steps will work. You might have to make sure that when you are selecting the left and right arrows, that you are facting the front of the projector. When I did this, I did it on the projector itself, not using the remote.

Hope this helps you.

How to fix yellow hue center bottom of picture.what causes this

Most often color distortion is due to the bulb wearing out. Projector bulbs often fade or distort colors before they actually burn out. The other thing you can try is to reset the projector to it's factory settings, which sometimes fixes color issues. It's usually an option in the "settings" area of the menu.

Reset Timer Lamp Sony VPL-HS60 projector

To reset the lamp timer:
1) With the projector plugged in and turned off, press the 'ON/STANDBY' button to put the projector in 'STANDBY' mode. NOTE: You have to press the button on the projector itself, you cannot use the remote for this step (this is not clear in manual).
2) Now, using the remote, press the following keys in order: RESET, <--, -->, ENTER.
3) Timer should now read '0'.
