Question about Toshiba REGZA 47WLG66 47 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
There are verticial lines on the screen in various place but the one in the center is getting wider and looks like some sort off stain on the picture.
these lines are not visible when tv is switched off or in ble screen mode.
lines have been there but very faint since tv purchased in january 2007 and at first there was only two which appeared in the approx position off 4:3 picture.
Have been told it is an inherent fault and that the panel needs to be replaced.
Correct, its problem of LCD Panel and will be replaced.
No alternate solution for vertical or horizontal lines in LCD Panels.
