How do I properly use an ab roller?

Follow the following steps:

  1. Kneel on the floor and hold the ab roller in front of you with both hands
  2. Place the ab roller on the floor in front of you so that you are on all your hands and knees (similar to a kneeling pushup position)
  3. Slowly roll the ab roller straight forward stretching out your body. Try to go down as far as you can without letting your body touch the floor. It is very important that as you do this, you breathe in.
  4. Pull your body slowly back up to the starting position; breathing out as you do so.

Idle is not right and abs tc lights are on

You are posting two different problems all in one little sentence. Problems like these need a number of symptoms and under what conditions they occure to give an idea of what might cause them, without that you won't have much luck solving your problem.

How can you tell if you have ABS on 2004 Kia Sedona?

Turn the ignition key to the "on" position but do not start the engine. Look at the lamps on the instrument cluster, there should be an abs light that shows. You can also open the hood, and follow the brake lines from the master cylinder. If the vehicle has ABS (and it should for that year and model) the lines will route to an ABS controller (which looks like a big metal "block" with a number of brake lines running to it and will probably say ABS on the housing.

When solving a derivative i get the @ sign...what does this mean?

If you're seeing "@" followed by "n" followed by a number, that represents an arbitrary integer constant that represents any integer. If you're seeing "@" followed by a number, that represents an arbitrary constant that represents any constant.

Follow the positive cable and it willlead you to the stater that you need to remove and install a new solenoid switch on.Bolts to the transmission housing but by following the largest positive wire i'm sure you will find it,probably need the car off the ground, but not always.

HOW DO YOU PULL THE ABS CODES ON A 1996 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER VAN? THE ABS LIGHT IS ON

You can read codes on the voyager by switching the ignition as follows

With the engine off switch the ignition key on and off three times in succession but leave it on on the third turn

Watch the Check Engine or Power Loss light. It will first turn on and then go out.
It will then proceed to flash out the error codes which can be read by counting the flashes and translating them into a number sequence.

For instance, if it flashes once then pauses then flashes 4 times this is number 14 code which equates to Throttle Position Sensor voltage out of range (Example Only).

Hope this answer helps. Please remember to rate my answer. Many Thanks
