Not working ,just red light

If you have all red lights, this indicates a problem with the router. Please contact your ISP to make sure that your internet connection is working correctly. Did you receive this router from your ISP or did you purchase it directly? Has it worked in the past and just suddenly stopped working? All red lights on the 2WIRE modem? It works sometimes? RESET does not fix it? It implies that there is a hardware problem. I bought mine from a store and not from a service provider.

I put mine in the freezer for 15 minutes and then plugged in the power immediately. All was well. Subsequently, I plugged in the dsl phone line and network cables.
