when the tv on button is pressed or i plug it in it tries to come on but shuts down before a picture appears. it does this 3 times automatically before stopping completly.

my d61w135d chassis atc221d does something simular. i had it unplugged foe a few months. it will turn on for a few minutes operation normal, then turn off and on 3 times, and then shut off flashing code 15 on the front led

ApprenticeJerJohn29, did you fix your problem? The same thing just happened to me. I turn tv on, it tries to boot and then shuts down. How do I check for a shorted h. o/p transistor???
