M&s 602 radio tuner seems stuck cannot pick up any other channel than 89.1 Hispanic.

If the tuner has a search mode and that mode has been selected it will lock on 89.1 MHz continually because it is the strongrest station in your area. The solution is to tune manually to program your stations

My MP37 radio will only pick up one local station. I can get two other stations, but the volume level drops dramatically when they are accessed. In all my other car radios I have no problem with getting...

Two likely causes.
1) Your antenna (or antenna lead) is going bad. If you can access the back of the radio, make sure the plug is seated properly. If you have a stereo shop near you, they should have a test antenna laying around to test it for you.

2) The tuner module is going bad. If that's the case, it's not worth repairing. Time for a new one.

I have a Blaupunkt Milano MP34 car CD Radio. I am having great problems tuning the radio into stations. Each time I try to tune in all I can get it to do is scan and it never seems to pick up any radio...

Press on the Menu key and get into Tuner list, look for this function if any.
Seek or Scan --Auto/Manual
PTY must OFF
Seek Sense --- set to high if indication is LO1,2,3 Hi 4,5,6 choose Hi 6

There is a beeping noise coming from my Blaupunkt Nashville DAB35, how can i stop this?

Have you recently disconnected the battery or pulled the Blaupunkt out as the beeping is usually due to requiring a code.to be entered into the Blaupunkt

When i turn off the key, the radio wont go off as usual.

you tapped the supply wire(red) on the live wire of the car. Only yellow wire should be tap there. try to locate the accs wire by using a tester and turn the key on acc. When you remove the key there should be no supply on it.
