Question about Canon imageRUNNER 400S Copier
WHEN I COPY THE ORIGINAL, THE DUPLICATE COPY IS NOT CLEAR.
I HAVE REPLACED THE PRIMARY DRUM OF THE COPIER
Have you cleaned the optic's? What is not clear with the copies? Are the blurred or black marks? When you clean the optic make sure you clean the scanning lamp also. Has the problem improved after replacing the drum unit? If not it may also be with the developping unit.
