Use the FILTERING option of whatever email application you are using.

Filter example:

If the Sender's name matches, send to Trash

I am trying to block all e-mail from info@emn-rebatesandsamples. I have asked then to stop mail, and they have not. I have tried to block there mail and failed, My e-mail is jggregg2000@yahoo.com

Hi there!

Unfortunately, Yahoo doesn't give their end-users the ability to block specific senders. I'm guessing the messages you keep getting from that address are all junk. What you can do is mark the address as "Spam". The message will be automatically moved out of your inbox and any future messages from that address will be flagged as spam.

If you have already done that or if you are adament about not receiving the messages at all, even as spam, you may need to contact Yahoo's support team and let them know that the sender needs to be blocked.

A lot of times, the "Remove me from this list" option in those junk messages is a spoof that simply signs you up for another email distribution list. It's a good practice just to deflect them using the "Flag as Spam" option.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

I receive too much spam mail and want to block it

The best solution is to use the junk mail filter in Outlook. You can hold down the Ctrl key and click each junk e-mail. Next you will right-click and select junk e-mail and add the sender to the blocked senders list. I hope this helps.

Digital sending

This accurs at our location from time to time. Due to the use of GroupWise e-mail; on some mailboxes settings or some messages were added to Junk mail or Blocked mail settings... Receipient actually did receive but settings in Junk Mail or Blocked mail deleted the e-mail before it was received. This only has to be something simular to subject sent by Digital Sender.
Solution: have receipient empty all Junk mail settings.
