NO VIDEO ON DELL INSPIRON 1501!!! PLS HELP ME!!!

After I installed a network card driver on my Dell Inspiron 1501 he restarting and now there is no video on lcd or external monitor. During the driver instalation on the screen appears something like "MAKING BIOS BACKUP .....". When I turn on the laptop it beeps three times: first a long bee and then two short beeps. After these beeps the HDD work fine because WINDOWS is loading (with this black screen) and I heard the WINDOWS startup sounds. Please excuse my poor english... Thank you!

    Thank you for this sollutions but it don't work because I don't have any signal from video card on LCD or external monitor. Anyone has any ideea how to make a BIOS update without video signal? I think that the BIOS crash after I installed driver for ethernet controller. I am disperate because I can't use my laptop... Please help me!

    hi
    i have the same problem with my dell inspiron 1501
    a flashed accidentally the wrong bios version and now i'm getting at startup 3 beeps and the screen is black..:|

Ok
when u power up the paltop press F8 key then go to last known good configuratuion if probelm remains same then chosse safe mode then remove your network driver from it.
also try to rest your defauls sdetting in bios .
when u power yup the laptop press del or F2 or F5 to F12 try this key one by one.
then go to load defauls settitngs then save that settings.
also check in enable vga mode when u press F8 key at power up.go to enable vga mode tthen settings of disaply porperties.800*600 or 1024 *768.

Hello you can download the driver here:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/Product/inspiron-1501

Click on audio and download the driver.
When downloaded you need to unzip the file before you can install it.
You may need to reboot after the installation has completet.

for this, you may want to go to your device manager, check if there's a lan driver installed on your machine "network adapters" and if theres one then right clickon it and choose uninstall.

then restart your machine, then reinstall the network drivers that comes with your machine cd.

Hi, the audio driver is the AC97 a google search will get you a free download, or go to this link: http://www.driversbay.com/drivers/notebooks-tablet-pc/dell/inspiron-1526/microsoft-windows-xp/
For your vidio card I would go to Del website for the latest driver.

Dell Inspiron 1501 after completing fresh xp install cant get SD card slot to work can anyone help please have spent 2 weeks trying to get this machine up and running again

You can try checking the BIOS first see if its disabled in the BIOS to boot to the BIOS turn on your computer Press bios2.jpg during POST to enter the system setup program.

once in the BIOS you might have a multi page view, or a one page view, look for the INTEGRATED NIC see if its enabled or disabled. just enable it and restart the system then:
