- I have 32" Phillips LCD tv. Bought in August 2006. Almost every time I switch on the TV I get sound but no picture. Manual says switch off and then on again to correct the problem. Sometimes have to switch on an off up to 20 times or more. This has been ongoing for about the past 18 months or more. - ceebee2009Mar 26, 2009
