HTC P3400 Memory Card data corrupted!

This happened many times since I purchased this phone. Also hard-reseted many times and now I become an expert in this phone!
Don't know when data got corrupted. Folders and files will be displayed as junk characters. Sometimes on soft-reset, it will be solved temporarily. But mostly even on soft-reset the folders in memory card is not accessible and lost. I viewed those files through my computer, the same view.
Installed softwares that loads with windows in device memory. This didn't solved the problem.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

then tap -clear storage.
it will automatically reboot several times
clear everything.

you can then re install proper applications using active sync 4.5

Incompatibility of my HTC with my Laptop

Install ActiveSync in your laptop to connect to phone..
Check if your mails are storing in phone memory. If this is happening, phone memory reduces per each mail you get.Delete the e-mail account to free up memory.you can again set up the same email account with few settings so that emails size will get less.

I have htc p3400 i need storage card as my default memory

...to storage card? I want to transfer lots of files from my computer to my HTC Touch via Bluetooth -- however, I can't seem to change the default file path of the transferred file -- which is on phone memory. When I'm about to send a file, the HTC Touch will halt the process because it does not have enough memory even though I have 1gb free space on my storage card. How do you do this?

The hard reset has no result

To perform a NORMAL Hard Reset
1) TAP ON START ---> SETTINGS ---> SYSTEM
2) TAP ON THE " CLEAR STORAGE " ICON
3) ENTER 1234 & TAP " YES "

IN YOUR CASE DO HARD RESETTINGS AS MENTIONDED BELOW

1. Press and hold the Left SOFT KEY and the Right SOFT KEY, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the lower left side of your device.

2. Release the stylus, but continue pressing the two soft key buttons. Release them only when you see the following message on your device screen:

3)“Press Send to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.“

3. Press on your device.
YOUR HTC P3300 BECOME LIKE NEW ONE WHEN PURCHASED IT USE IT 1ST TIME.

NOTE : ALL ADDITIONAL PROGRAMME LOADED BY YOU AND CONTACT NOS PHOTOS VIDEO SONGS STORED ON MAIN MEMORY WILL BE VANISHED AFTER HARD RESETTINGS SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING HARD RESET !

PLEASE RECHARGE HTC P3300 BEFORE PERFORMING BOTH HARD RESETS

HTC Tytn 2 Help...

ya sure, you need to remove the stuff that came with it previously, all you need to do it a HARD RESET. this will remove all the data that has been on installed on phone and restore it to factory setting. to do a Hard Reset, just hold down right and left soft keys ( together) and put stylus into a hole located near memory card. now when u start the phone u have to configure it to timezone and screen setting and all etc.
to put different stuff or htc stuff you need to change the ROM i.e. operating system of your phone. Please refer www.xdadevelopers.com for further details.
