LG Viewty KU990

When I switch the phone to camera setting, I get the message "loading" on the screen which stays for a long time. The screen then goes blank or I have to reset the phone. How can I get the camera to work?

    Camera Freezing:

I have had this phone for just over a year. I love the phone itself, although I must admit I don't use it a lot. I am however, very disappointed with the camera as it tends to freeze, no matter what pixel setting it is on, if you try to take more than one or two photos over a short time period. This is an absolute nuisance as each time it freezes you need to reboot by taking the battery out which can't do either the phone or the battery much good. You also lose the photo that it has frozen on. I am annoyed as I thought I was saving money by getting it 'all in one' but I am going to have to buy a digital camera if I want to take decent photos. As just a phone it is certainly not worth what I paid.

If the phone turns off after it freezes for a long time then its the same thing that happened to me. i took mine back to the shop and they gave me a new one because its a problem with the software. take yours back and tell them what happened and the should give you a new one.

I need to unlock my LG KU990. How can i do this

How To Unlock Your LG Viewty KU990 1. Boot up your LG Viewty phone with the original SIM card in.
2. Bring up the LG Viewty keypad on the screen.
3. Now type, 2945#*990#.
4. Next, a menu will pop up and select SIM unlock.
5. Enter your unlock code.
6. Your LG Viewty KU900 should reboot automatically and your done!
And now you have yourself an unlocked LG Viewty mobile phone. If you do not have an unlock code, you should probably try to contact your phone carrier first. Many websites suggest paying for an unlock code, but I feel this is unnecessary. If you would still like to learn more about unlocking your mobile phone, check out this How To Unlock Your LG Viewty Video I found from Bursta.com.

Lg viewty ku990 bluetooth bd address not setny help would be appreciated, my lg viewty ku990 when trying to turn bluetooth on it comes up with the message you must set the bd address. ive looked in th

I think that the bluethoot of your pc or your LG KU990 (Viewty) Has no name. Your bluethoot address have a IP address but for the windows you need to put nthe name. Give your device a name that windows can find and vise versa. Most bluethoot softawe find the phone but sometimes you have to it in a otherway. Remove the item in the profile list of your bluethoot software that you made it for the phone. Now sometimes you have to turn off and on your phone cause there will be a program still running on the background of your phone. So when you want to find your LG KU990 (Viewty) you have to do it vise versa. Find your Pc or Laptop with your LG KU990 (Viewty) in this way the bluethoot will find the address and ask you for a security code. In this case you can make a password. EXAMPLE 1234 or NicKy what ever you want. Then the bluethoot software will setup the modem drivers of your phone so you make an connection with the bluethoot. Sometimes you have to reinstal the drivers to make the software work correctly. I hope this will help you out. Fallow the steps when the drivers will be ready to install. Best regards; Henk Muskita.

Orange light on LG Viewty wont go off

Try pressing the focus button several times while using camera and see if that will help, also take several pictures with auto focus and without and try recording video too, then get out of camera mode and go back to main screen, check if that made the red light go off. If this didn't help I would try a master reset on the phone .
  1. Menu
  2. Phone Settings
  3. Reset Settings
If you try this, make a back up of your contacts on your sim card, and your pictures and videos on your SD card. Hopefuly this helps, Good luck!
