Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player
I have an mp4 player. recently, i upgraded my mp4 firmware with a wrong one and it made my mp4 an other device which windows cannot recognise.
please HELP If you can...............
My mp4 is chinese and duplicate copy of iPod Nano.
You'll need to open up your player to find the plate and board ID numbers to be able to find a compatible firmware for your player. Take a look at this post here: http://mympx.org/forum/knowledge-base-faq/41330-how-recover-dead-mp3-mp4-player.html. This will tell you how to recover your dead player using your firmware.
Hope that helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
