Go to MENU then SETTINGS then INITIAL SETUP then MASTER RESET (000000) OK.

You need to master reset the handset
try "000000" six times zero for the password.
warning, u will loose all the data and personal contacts. do it on your own risk.

the 1rst thing you will need is Motorola phone tools and usb cable that will connect..After that the rest is easy.If you do not have motorola phone tools check out www.modmymoto.com
