To solve this, I need a little more information. On the lower part of the blue screen, there is an error code you need to write down and post here. It will look something like this:

0x0000000A
That code, particularly the last 3 characters, will give a clue as to what part of Windows is crashing. Let me know what it is, and I can proceed from there.

Cheers

another one of the possibile reaons is

a bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electic extensions or just replace them they are probably faulty a computer needs its connections to finish its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error
click start control panel administrive tools, computer management ,disk management right click on your drive select properties click tools you should see click check now click start two boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors place then a tick in both boxes then select check now, start should schedule this task when restart
do not do anything while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input will damage your computer

changing ram is good to make your computer more faster but sometomes it do cause harm, before you change your system was working fine, but you have already upgrade to a higher ram but now you recieve more crashes unlike before, may its time to re install your windows or have it reformated sudden changes in a computer hardware cause these problems this is incompatibility issues between the hardware and software that causes these problems to appear

Physical memory dump at working this error comes after 5 to 7minuts latter when system starts please help

When someone receives the error message,
“Physical memory dump ", usually accompanied with a blue screen. Chances are there is a possible problem with your memory. Before you download memory testing software, let’s try downloading some free software. RegCure is free to download. http://www.pctuneuptips.com/recommends/clean/?gclid=CL2RiIrTmpICFSFMGgodODIPzg
RegCure will clean windows registry. It will safely remove problem keys.
If RegCure doesn't fix the error message try the next link; http://www.findmysoft.com/news/Free-Software-to-Clean-your-Windows-OS-Cleano-and-Instant-Memory-Cleaner/

Lastly, download & run Memtest86+ at this link; http://www.memtest.org/
Scroll down until you see the 3 screenshots. Choose the testing software to create a bootable floppy disk. This software will test your system memory. If Memtest86 finds a problem you will need to replace the problem memory stick.
Read each site & follow their instructions.

Thank you for using Fixya.

Hello my friend, regarding your problem do you have installed program or driver software lately before this blue screen appear? i guess the problem here is more on the memory dumping of your computer. either the latest installed software is not functioning will or  u have a memory device problem either to much heat or cause by some circuit problem that made the memory device problematic. the worst case here is to replace memory but for now try to check first if the memory is running well and stay in its standard cooling temperature. Or you can reprogram your computer.

Restart pc ...when work is going on suddenly appear blue screen

This happens sometimes, but it's not very common.
Did you update any drivers recently?
Have you added any components to the computer just before this started?

You may have a faulty memory "stick". This is a link to Microsoft's Windows Memory Diagnostic. Follow the instructions to create a bootable CD, boot the CD and let it run and see if there are any errors.

When i burn cd or copy paste something or during playing games a blue screen comes saying physical dump of memory?plzzzzzzzz anyone give me solution.

There seems to be a memory problem on your PC, you might need to replace your memory modules, please check if you have low latency memory since that type of memory needs a voltage adjustment made in the motherboard startup Bios to work correctly.

But first you can try opening windows CONTROL PANEL / SYSTEM look at the ADVANCED tab and click on the SETTINGS button at the STARTUP and RECOVERY section, a new window will pop up and select (NONE) at the WRITE DEBUGGING section in that window. And see if it gets better, if not try deselecting the 3 options above this write debugging section. All this is safe to do, if it works it works, if it doesn't nothing happens.
