Check to see if the capacitor for the fan motor is good, if good, probably a bad or weak fan motor.

Home furnace comfortmaker blowing cold air

Home owner's manual? Troubleshooting section. Gas or electric?
If gas, pilot light may be out, or other gas controls. Are you sure you have gas supply? Do you have other Gas appliances so you can check? Furnace needs power for controls, fan and thermostat. Are you sure you have electric power to the furnace? Does the thermostat have a fan switch? If so turn it on and see if the fan turns on. If it does not turn on you may have a circut breaker poped. or some other reason power to the furnace is not working.

I wish I was a furnace expert but I will give a push in the right direction. When a gas/electric fan runs it has two speeds. When you turn on the FAN ON switch it should run at the slower speed. If it doesn't turn on or turn off again when you turn it back you have a wiring problem or a thermostat problem. Make sure the thermostat is compatible with your unit and wired properly (on both ends). The other time the fan runs is "in session" when heat or cooling is applied to the system. It should run until the system finishes the cycle then a bit more (30 seconds or 1 minute) to blow the treated air completely through the ducts. If it doesn't stop then you may have a bad fan time delay or relay. Check parts for your model and various appliance repair site online.

Furnace will not run when hooked up to electricity

Go to your thermostat and access the fan mode. Change the fan mode to Automatic, AU. This will stop the AC fan from blowing when the furnace is turned on. If the fan mode is on Hi or Lo and the furnace is turned on it will turn on the AC blower. Bad design...

Auto fan does not start electric furnace

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
If the furnace won't run, check the electrical service panel for a blown fuse or tripped breaker. Also make sure the power switch on or near the furnace is turned on. Check the unit for a reset button and try it. Some units have a built-in breaker or fuse panel.
If there is not enough heat, raise the thermostat setting five degrees to see if it turns the unit on. If the unit still does not generate enough heat, check the comfort controls . Clean or replace a dirty filter, clean the blower assembly (see the Forced-Air Distribution Fix-It Guide), and make sure that all registers are open and not blocked.
If the furnace turns on and off repeatedly (cycles), clean or replace the filter; and clean the blower assembly (see Forced-Air Distribution Fix-It Guide).
If the furnace is noisy, make sure access panels are mounted and fastened securely; spray squeaking belts with fan-belt dressing and replace worn or damaged belts; adjust the blower belt; lubricate motor and blower oil ports.
If the element does not heat, refer to the Heating Element Fix-It Guide for guidance.

On a Trane furnace the fan realy must energize before the electric strips will come on. On the thermastat. See if there is setting for electric heat. This will bring the fan on and the strips should come on. First just turn on your heat and and turn fan to on postion if it works you need to set tstat to electric heat mode. Most of the time there is sswitch in the back of the stat that says gas elec. Turn to electric. Rus

Urnace fan of some sort runs all the time - set on automatic

If you have it cleaned twice a year they should be able to find this problem. It is one of two thinkgs. There is a limit switch on the fan at the top (inducer) this may be weak and causing the inducer run frequently. The other is there is another limit switch it is a main limit on the fire wall it is also weak and that is why the main blower is running it is trying to cool that limit.
