Question about Bose Lifestyle 28 System
My lifestyle 28 is connected to a 15 year old RCA monitor. Everything works fine but the connections are a little creative since the instructions do not correspond exactly with what I have. I have finally decided to try a DVD and have to switch the TV in and out yellow plug to go from TV to DVD. The sound is okay but the picture on the TV is shadowy, bad color and bands of static are there. I'm hoping someone would be familiar enough with this atypical setup to tell me what to change. Thanks. Phyllis

I would hazard a guess that your 15 year old monitor is far better than the Lifestyle system you are connecting to it. Craigslist it and find someone for over marketed brands to take it off your hands.

Try the settings setup and adjust the brightness, video format, or video black level. If you're using component connections then adjust the video output. You can scroll system setup through the remote control settings button.
