The Machine Lights are Beeping and Flashing

Hi, I just received my sewing machine a couple of days ago and was eagerly trying to use it today. When I depress my foot on the foot peddle, the green light just below the reverse function turns red, the machine beeps and then the it stops sewing. If I lift my foot off of the peddle a little, the red light still stays lit, but I can still sew a few stitches then it happens all over again. If I continue to try to sew, all the lights on the machine start flashing and the machine stops. HELP! Thanks, Cynthia

M-I-L has CE100 and we have it set up for embroidery. Worked fine until yesterday when all the panel lights started flashing and beeping. When I opened a design and tried to send to machine I received a lower thread or bobbin error. I have checked and replaced thread, bobbin, and needle to no avail. Any ideas.

    Thanks,

    Derral

I am having the same problem and I am ready to throw it out the window,I am thinking about dragging out my mother's 60 year old singer...it works!

There is nothing more irritating than that blanky blank beeping. Please help!

Mine does the same. I had it checked out at a store and they fixed it for a couple uses then it continued to do it. No matter how hard I try it won't stop beeping after a few stiches!

This sounds like a Manufacturer defect. Too many customers are having the same issue. I think we all need to complain to Singer and see what happens. My machine starts to sew for a little while then starts beeping and then sews for a second and beeps. I have used this machine maybe 5 times and all five times it does the same thing. We need to take action. I will email the company because they need to be held liable. We can not all be doing the same thing wrong.

have you solved this problem yet?

I've threaded and re-threaded and it does not seem to be that.

    HELP!

I have had my CE100 for several years, It has NEVER embroidered despite replacing everything and trying everything in the manual and singer futura website. I kept it just because it was still good for sewing. Now, the machine sews a few stiches then beeps and flashes like everyone here as described and nothing I do or service people do will solve the issue. Singer is of no help at all and has never been even when it was under warranty...they just told me to get back to the place I purchased it from, which was also no help. At time of purchase it was nearly 500$$ and I cannot afford to replace it now. If anyone has reached any solutions to this problem now I'd appreciate an update.

    Thanks so much

My Pfaff Tiptronic 6270 does not sew.

Try unplugging the power cord from the machine, let it set for a few minutes and try plugging in again. Sometimes this will reset the machine.

My singer curvy starts beeping and lights flashing and won't sew

I just got mine to stop flashing lights and function again when I unplugged the cords from the machine and let it sit for a minute. You can always give that a try.

When I turn on my machine, it beeps and then 2 of the lights to the far right on the top of the stitches row keep blinking and I can't sew or do anything.

try threading the machine top and bobbin
try a different bobbin
try a different needle --make sure it's the right one for the fabric
being sewed
clean under the needle plate and in the bobbin area for lint
the machine could have a computer problem
if the suggestion don't help then the machine needs to be checked

Beeping lights when trying to sew

Look at the back of the needle threader. There is a buttonhole lever. Pull it down and push it back to the top. The machine gives a warning message if the lever is down and you wants to sew or embroid.

Good Luck

Hi Vanessa,

Please give me more info in order to help you. Are you trying to use the embroidery unit? If yes, did you send a design to the machine via your computer?
