I would check to make sure the correct driver is installed for the printer you are using. You can get any HP drivers from their website http://www.hp.com

If your printer is a duplexer (prints on both sides automatically) u need to set that in the printer properties when U start to do the print job. If its not a duplexer U need to set it up for manual duplexing and follow the instructions
The printing dialogue box may allow you to select duplex printing but you may have to physically turn the paper over yourself UNLESS you purchased a DUPLEXER for your printer.
If the paper feeds from the back and the finished product comes out the front, you will have feed the paper back into the back of the printer.
