Question about Cameras
I selected the photos I want to download onto my new VuMe photo ball using the Photo Viewer software; however, when I click download, I get the error message "Photo Viewer Data Synchronize failed!" My computer system is compatible with the requirements listed on the product's owner's manual.
Wicked! Got it working.
I had the same issue as described by the other posts. I run Windows Vista. I suspect the others are experiencing the same error message and are also running Vista.
Short Version of the Solution: You must run the Photo Viewer program as an administrator.
To do this:
It will now work.
Note: You may be asked for the administrator password if you are not logged into the machine as an an adminstrator already.
Hope this helps someone out there!

You don't need to format at all...cancel out of that...find your photoviewer program and run as admin. once you are in the interface nav to you pics folder. click on an image then click the right blue arrow on the bottom. now CLICK DOWNLOAD.. wait this takes a few.. once download is complete click the save button. Now you have pics on the ball :D

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Same here, VU ME downloaded 16 of 71 photos and crapped out. Can the photos be deleted from the ball and re-installed??
i get the same error message after i selelct my pics. what should i do?
I just purchased on and I am getting an error message as well. It also shows the Vu-Me as a 2MB drive (weird).
I'm stuck.
Same issue - I'll post a solution if I find it.
I installed the software provided for the Vu-me cube and still couldn't view the photos but I found when you connect the cube into your USB port and turn on the cube a menu pops up giving you the choice to "Run the program using the progam provided on the device" you need to select this and then another version of Photo Viewer opens. You then select the photos you want downloaded from the file icon and then select the dotted rectangle to select your region within the photo, then select the arrow this will move your photo over to the right window, you then select the circle icon on the right this will synchronize the photo. In order to view the photo you will have to disconnect the cube from your USB plug and ta da you can see the photo. It will also let you know how many photos you've uploaded to your cube and how many more you can copy. It's pretty cool after you figure this all out, hope it works for you. :)
Please. I don´t have the software of photo ball Vu-Me. Does anybody can send me a link?
