Hello, I have a Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher and it will not run. It is about 3 years old and if I try to push any of the 5 buttons on the left side that chooses the cycle type, only two of the LED lights will come on when pressed for pots and pans and normal wash. If I choose normal wash(one of the only two selections that I can apparently select) and press start nothing happens, the light will go off, but no evidence of the cycle attempting to start. The only other buttons that are active on the machine is the ability to turn on and off the wash lock and the cancel/drain button. I thought it could possibly be a fuse or a bad keypad, so I checked the fuse and it was fine and I'm not sure how to check the keypad. Any help would be greatly appreciated with any helpful information, Thanks!
there is no real way of checking the keypad. Not with a meter but if you push normal wash for example and it does not respond this usually means that you have a bad keypad

I don't know what model I have but it seems like the wash cycle runs for way to long. Also, I have a mildew build-up issue. I have cleaned the inside very well and it builds up again very fast. Also, it smells terrible when it is running.

The button or knob on the inside of the front door where I put the Jetdry solution has been pushed in and I cannot get to it. How do I take the plastic cover off? It is the same device I put the liquid soap.
