Lawnmower stored for a year tipped up and all oil leaked out -- Won't start now.

You have most likely gotten oil on the coil, You need to remove the pull start assembly and you will see the coil/flywheel, check for any oil contamination which you can clean up with brake/carb cleaner.

Poulan 446t Will start, won't continue to

The diaphragm in the carb is likely ruined from the gas gelling onto it. This will put pinholes in it and then it won't work properly. Pick up a carb kit and rebuild it (if parts available) and then you should be good to go. If you can't rebuild the carb, a replacement will run you 30 bucks or more.

My poulan pro leafblower won't start, feels like there's no compression

Check that the spark plug is snug. If that is not it, then you should check the tightness of the head bolts. Sometimes they loosen. After that it could be a blown head gasket or a stuck valve.

Bad battery, I know that you said that you have a new battery, try to borrow one from a neighbor and test it. Yours could be insufficient in cranking amps or your battery is bad. I have had a battery that would show the proper voltage, but as it had aged the cranking amps had fallen off and it could not do it anymore. This condition is not so common as a bad cell, but it does happen, it did to me.

I hope this helps.
