My monitor wont recieve any signal from my computer

Assume no signal u mean no digital tv ?and what looses time and channel?do u recieve tv broadcasts via a box or is it built in?if u can recieve channels via dvd recorder i would assume where ever it gets them from needs to be connected to tv also.u dont say if its hdmi leads.scart or coax rf type.more info please

Did you check the cabling correctly

some displays take a while to connect via dvi... not a problem, it just is... mine is the same way, it has to do with the vertical synchronization at signal detection... its common if the firmware in the display dosent get programmed to use dvi as primary signal..

When you get no signal problem , you should find out if the correct video card driver is installed, reseat the video card, RAM. I guess you already try this monitor with other PC and it is OK.

You need to change the input on your tv - does your remote have an input button

try and borrow an adapter from a friend and see if it works. :)

by default, you cannot connect a tv signal cable like that..mainly because, the monitor does not have a built in tuner :)

what you need to do is get yourself a tv tuner card, internal or external and you're good to go :) you would need your entire PC though..some external tuners allow you to connect without the PC itself :)

call tech ..suggest digi tuner.
