If the program selector on your Tecnik 2677 appliance will not move, it could be due to several reasons. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
Obstruction: Check if there are any obstructions, such as food or debris, that may be blocking the program selector. If so, remove the obstruction and try moving the selector again.
Loose or damaged parts: Check if any of the parts of the program selector or control knob are loose or damaged. Tighten or replace them as necessary.
Mechanical issue: If the above solutions do not work, there may be a mechanical issue with the program selector mechanism. In this case, it is recommended to contact a qualified appliance repair technician to diagnose and fix the problem.
