Kodak 5100 Printer Return Shipping Label

Kodak sent me a new printehead - which is great because it solved my problems with the printer! But the thing is, they told me I'm going to get a return shipping label, but there's no shipping label along with the printhead.
How will I return this to kodak?

Kodak support told me that I need to send back the defective piece since they sent me a replacement. I have 30 days to do this, but they never send the shipping label to do so. They've promised one four times now (via mail and email) and none have arrived (and no, they're not in my spam folder). Anyone have any success at actually getting a label? Thanks!

Hello C_Lopez,

As long as you receive the printhead, there's no need for you to return the defective printhead. But just to make sure, call kodak technical support: 1-800-421-6699

I hope I have been some of help...

If there is NO Kodak AiO home Center software installed

Shipping Label

I would call them up just to make sure...chances are if they did not send you one they don't want you to send it back. But just to be safe give them a quick call, better to be safe then sorry!

Kodak 5300 Printhead problems

Return the printer to the store. I had to do it myself 3 times. First I got a 5100 with the printhead error, got a replacement the day after the scanner was producing distorted  image. Upgraded to a 5300, the scanner wouldn't work at all.  To avoid problems get yourself a Canon or Epson.

No black print

I work for kodak with these printer's.
I provide tech support for them.
For this problem all i would recommend is doing the deep clean on the printhead twice, Doing it more then twice is a waste of ink and if it doesnt fix it the second time it won't.
Also replacing the black ink cartridge.
Also calibrating the printer has worked for me a few times.
I would not recommend cleaning the printhead manually, thats more of a chance to break it then fix it.
I would just recommend calling into the kodak tech support and getting a replacement printhead to fix that clogged nozzel problem.
