Dear. dear if ur 6600 key pad is not working if all are not working then u have to raplace both key pad ic located on both side of keypad connector.if only one or two key are not working then it is prob from keypad wash the contents of keypad with CTC or any approved chemical. It might also be possible that the connection of kepadcable is cut of check for connection only if some keys are not working.

Unscrew the antena, then there are 4 screws 2 at the bottom 2 under rubber buttons at the to of the phone, just pry the buttons off with a small screwdriver, then use that small screwdriver and gently release the 2 tabs (1 on each side) about half way up. After you get it apart, gently, usung your fingers pry the chip off of the board, then the two buttons on each side, carefully slide the sides out of the holder.

Daria,

Try taking the battery out of the phone for 5 minutes. And then put it back in and try again.

send it back under warrantee. I had the same problem and let them fix it. They'll have a new phone to you in 2 days and they'll save your contacts and put them on your new phone. Let me know how it works out.
