Question about Sigma AF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 DL Macro Super Lens for Canon-EOS
Hi, I have friction in the zoom system in the lens. When I want to go towards 300mm I need to point down with the camera to let gravity help moving the lens. When I want to move towards 70mm I have to point up.
I would like to open the lens and lubricant the zoom mechanics.
Can any one suggest disassembly instructions for the lens?
What is recommended as lubricant agent?
Its more like a distorted inner zoom barrel or sand and dirt inside the inner barrel will need to be replaced or you need to dismantle and clean out
