My samsun chat 335 has agreat problem that its wifi does not work with IP setting although they are right 100%. I give this 10.0.42.222 to my phone for my access point setting but but i see the details of access point it shows IP address 10.0.0.0 im confused what the problem is. why it shows wron IP n why it is not with IP? plzzzzzz help me
Why did you try 10.0.anything, please? Did the 335 manual suggest that, or your access point, or what?

Try to manually reset the phone - **#"Settings" (this will unlock the configuration) + Network + menu under number "33" - erase the configuration. Then the phone configuration will be erased. Also you can manually set IP address and TFTP server

I had the same problem. I set up a static address instead and it works very well. I just copied the details form my laptop, diabled the laptop and set up the phone with the same details as I had on my laptop. Once I start the laptop again, it will get another address. --Jonas

Ensure the reachability of the call server from that port. To ensure the same, configure a laptop with the IP address and default gateway of the intended IP phone. Then try pinging the call server from the laptop.
If this works then the setting should work for IP phone too. Double check on the router IP address and Vlan ID configured on the phone.
