Question about HP Officejet 4315 All-in-One Printer
How do i connect the HP officejet 4315 to my cpu?
MY HP OFFCE JET 4315 ALL IN ONE DOESNT HAVE A DAL TONE AND I CAN'T RECEIVE A FAX

If you need directions on connecting the printer to the tower, you can refer to this link. You will find a link to the User and Setup Guide.
I would suggest that you disconnect the usb cable from the printer. Then, if the printer was previously installed, uninstall all programs related to the printer through Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
After restarting the computer with the printer still disconnected you can follow the directions below to download the latest drivers.
To download the drivers you can go here. When the page opens you will need to choose your operating system. Then, from the Drivers section I would choose the full feature driver.
Once you click that, you will see a Install Now button that will allow you to immediately install the software and/or a Download Only button that will allow you to download the file for later installation.
Either option will have a link below them that says View Directions which can be used to get step by step instructions for installation of the drivers.

Please click on the web link given below and perform the steps as provided in the web page to download and install the printer software on your Laptop.
Please connect the USB cable to the Laptop before installing the printer software on your Laptop.
Please select the Operating system you have installed on your Laptop.
This should fix the issue.

In windows, go to the start menu, then control panel, then printers. When you have that open, double click on your printer. This will bring up the queue of all documents waiting to print. You can then highlight them and delete all of them.
