If the battery is faulty or not capable of taking a charge it will show this so it looks like you need a new battery, try to swop out with a mate to confirm, here is a link to a new battery - Motorola T191 battery

My tracfone would do that also. Then I would turn it off and turn it back on and it would disappear. Try to do that and see if it helps.

REMOVE BATTERY > Clean the terminals specially middle terminals of both battery&phone with dry cloth.install battery. If the problem persist then change battery.

The battery is probaly no longer capable of holding a charge, you can get a replacment Motorola V170 battery here - Motorola V170 battery

the mainboard is gone and have to either be replaced or taken to a mobile service center close to you and hvae them use special equipment to revive it.
