Problem for Apple HP DeskJet 3820 InkJet Printer
Cartridges not moving

During last one year my printer 3820 was not in use. recently I replaced cartridges and tried to use. printing states is showing first as printing. then stucking & cancelling the print job. when printer is starting the job cartidges are trying to comeout to printable area but unabled. I soundly cleaned some area splashed old ink. but no answer.

- Printer goes through its start up OK. A print job appears to go to the printer, it disappears from the Queue. Carriage does not move nothing printed. Deleted and reinstalled all printer software. Sounds like a corrupt driver, uninstall your printer (Start> Printers and Faxes on right column), select your printer icon, right click>Delete.
Disconnect your printer and re install drivers first, then reconnect printer when prompted.
If still not performing correctly suspect printer head carrier fault.
