Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
If you mean you cannot access the bios due to a password protection, open the case and remove the battery for 1 minute and then replace it, this should clear the bios password so you can access the bios setup.

Tips for a great answer:
When you boot up to the log in screen type in administrator as user if you cant log in
During the boot up process you will see on the screen for a short amount of time a certain key to enter set up press and hold that key to enter set up BIOS scroll to set user password or supervisor password you can change or remove the password from there if you are still unable to change your password you might download
UBCD4Win is a bootable "live" CD which contains software that allows you to change paswords repair/restore/diagnostic almost any computer problem also has a bios reset tool which remove your password and BIOS password although you will have to use a computer with an internet connection you will have to burn it to a disk as an iso then change your firtst boot device to cd During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart (note after you have removed the password you must go back and change the first boot device to your hard drive)
