In your owners manual on page 52 you will find a list of authorized service centers for the camcorder.Give the one in your area a call. Tell them the brand name and model number of your camcorder and ask them if there is a solution for the problem with the dew monitor disabling the use of the camcorder.They will have all the service information and should be able to help you with the problem. You can also call the Panasonic customer support telephone number at 1-800-211-7262. Between the hours of 9am-7pm EST. Give the information about the brand name and model number of your camcorder and ask the for help with the dew monitor problem disabling the use of the camcorder.
