Keeps saying message not sent but i didn't try send one

Although I don't believe my user dictionary was flushed, my phone also keeps notifying me, "message not sent" when i didn't send a message. When I press the notification, im taken to a blank text message. No name or number in the To: slot and no message in the message section. Its driving me nuts(Not to say I wasn't already there to begin with) Any suggestions would be great.

My friend can't receive any more texts or pics on his LG Ally phone (Verizon). The message the phone gives him is that his text storage is full. Also...does "trash" file need to be emptied? How?

Now, what I found out, stopping me from resetting my entire frame was the text messaging requires the phone to have a certain amount of memory available (i think it is 15 mb). Once you delete your unwanted applications and reach above 15 - 20 mb available, try to send yourself a text. If you receive it then you've reached the storage available the phone requires.

Keep messages hidden

There are downloads for encrypted and secure messages. http://www.brothersoft.com/mobile/phone/lg/lg_kf750/email_sms/2.html Follow the download instructions. I hope your phone can support these files. Another thing you can do is, if you must keep the messages, email them to yourself as an attachment. Lastly, you can set up your text message box to automatically delete messages too on some phones. Or after you view the messages, just delete them manually. If the messages are safe to look at, it shouldn't matter who sees them. Good luck!

One note about internet services, as a T-Mobileweb customer you can get full access to anywhere on the internet if you install & use a Java based web browser such as Opera Mini instead of the internal browser of the phone, and as of this writing you don?t need to be on their much more expensive internet plan, the simple $5.99 T-MobileWeb plan will work! You can get Opera Mini here => MASTER Download List Our next step will be to set up the data connections you will need to use. If you are not going to use the internet or will only be accessing T-Mobile?s T-Zones, then you only need to set up the first data account service we will name T-Mo MMS, otherwise if you want to access the full experience of the internet, please set up both data account service connections outlined in the next section. Don?t worry if at any time you exit from one of the menus and find yourself back at the slidelock screen, simply just slide unlock the phone and continue from where you last left off! You can continue to tap the Back button on the bottom of the screen until you exit out of all the menus to the main screen, or simply press the On/Off button once to get back to the main screen. At this point you can test MMS messaging by sending yourself a picture message. Internet Access: If all you want to use for internet surfing is the phone?s built-in browser, and you have set up the data account service for the internet in the earlier setup, then you are ready to surf the internet by simply tapping on Service from the main menu. Then tapping on WAP and using the various options to navigate the internet like Homepage, Input address, etc. However, this won?t provide as robust an internet experience as a Java based internet program such as Opera Mini 3.1 or 4.1, or another java based internet browser. If you do decide to install a Java program for browsing the internet, there is one more setting which must be changed prior to using the Java internet browser. Java Internet Settings: 1.) From the main menu tap on the Java icon. 2.) Tap Java settings from the Java menu. 3.) Scroll down and tap the area just below Java SIM1 (SIM2) profile, which ever SIM you are currently setting up. 4.) Use the arrows to scroll the setting until T-Zones appears in the box. 5.) Tap the OK button at the bottom of the screen. Now you should be completely set up for SMS, MMS, as well for internet on the T-Mobile network if you have a T-Mobile internet plan!

Hi,

This is a glitch that I'm sure is Nokia's fault, let's keep our ears open on a possible solution to it soon.

LG???

Messages > Settings > Text Message > "Send long text as"

If your text is longer than 2 pages, it'll try and send as MMS automatically if you haven't changed it when you had the phone. So if your phone isn't set up for MMS it'll refuse! lol.
