Can't log in window

I don't know what the happened with my computer i'm using after restart my computer can't log in to my user and i try all the user can't ( when i log in the computer log out ) i don't know why

Try go to bios and autodetect the HD save and restart the PC.

I purchase a used computer that was a part of a company domain. I removed it from the domain. I cannot login.


When you removed the computer form the domain, you can no longer login as a domain user. You need to know the login credentials of a local user of that machine. (Administrator, is almost always a username, ans you would need to know the password of that user. Thanks!

I dont know what the heck is up with my computer. Previously, just yesterday in fact, I could access all my D: Drives Folder, but today, when I accidently dragged (lets name them folder a and b), Folder A...


This sounds a lot like something has taken over administrative rights to your computer, and limiting your access to your own folders. Try running Malwarebytes anti-malware to see if you have a trojan, rootkit or malware on your PC then try this program called unlocker1.8.7 to see if it will unlock the folder and give you permission to open it.

Not able to log onto profile


Hi there
The operating system is damaged beyond repair, the virus2009 is a Win32 trojan virus which has ravaged the windows directory folder, whatever you try to do now nothing will work, the only option you have now is to recover the system with a recovery or windows installation CD/DVD this does mean you will loose all the data from c drive unless you plug it up to another computer as a slave and recover your data before reinstall.

hi, i will try and help.
Turn on the computer, as soon as you have pressed the on button press and hold F8. A list will come up. Choose safe mode. Then when it boots, in the username type administrator and the password will usually be blank, if this does not work try "admin". If there is a log on field showing then choose log on to this computer and do not choose dial up. Then press ok. The computer should log on. When it asks you if you want to continue working in safemode click yes. Then click start. Click control panel. Click user accounts. Click the password protected user account. Choose remove password. Then restart the computer and it should work normally.

Running start up script


Hello,

Click start - Run- Type "msconfig" without quotes.

Click the startup on top. Uncheck the startup script you mentioned. Save and restart and it should boo up fine.

Vista log in


The user profile seems to have corrupted. The account that you log into is corrupt now may be due to incompatencies or incompatibility or may be a virus or a spyware. Alternatively, you can try logging to safe mode window. As you start the computer keep tapping the F8 key on your keyboard at the sametime. You would reach a screen to choose from different boot options. Select safe mode(you would have to use the arrow keys in your keyboard). Log in with the usual username and password. If it logs in, you might see a black window with large icons. Don't worry. Go go start, control panel, user accounts, and create a new account. So you can use the new account. Restart the computer and login to the new user account. You should be good. Make sure the account you create should be an administrator. Later if you want you can delete the user account that you have been using before. You can delete it from safe mode again by going to control panel, user accounts.

I forgot my Administrator Password


Here's How To Recover the Password

It's a little bit tricky, but it work's my dear..

The problem here is the Setup program did not complete properly. During the Setup operation, Windows assigns temporary passwords to each user account; these passwords are stored in a file called setupact.log in your Windows installation folder. When the Setup program completes properly, these temporary passwords are cleared, allowing you to set up your own password. But if the Setup program does not complete properly, the passwords are retained.

To resolve this problem, find the setupact.log file and locate an entry that reads

“Random password for Username is [password].”

Write down the password exactly as it’s written and use it to log on to the account. How you do this depends on whether you configured your file system as FAT32 or NTFS.

If the file system is FAT32, restart your system using a WinMe or Win98 startup disk. At the command prompt, type edit c:\windows\setupact.log and follow the instructions above to locate the password.

If the file system is NTFS, configure your BIOS settings so the computer boots from the CD drive and insert your WinXP installation CD into your CD-ROM drive. Restart the computer, and at the prompt press any key to boot from the CD. Press r at the Welcome To Setup screen to launch the Recovery Console and then press ENTER when prompted for the administrator password. At the command prompt, input type setupact.log and press ENTER. Make a note of the password associated with each account. Restart the computer and use the retrieved password to log on to the user account.

Note If you do not want to use a password, click Remove password, and then continue to step "e." d. Click Change Password. e. Restart the computer, and then try to log on to Windows XP again.

Well you can try creating another user account on the computer, by going to control pannel and click on user accounts. Then log off from the computer and log in as the new user. If this did not fix the issue, Lest us know what happens
