When your tv starts making this kind of noises is ussually related to high voltage or a degraded component,If you are familiar with tv service you can remove the back and take a look just to check if you can see what is making the sound, sometimes you can see it if it is a degraded component cooking but if it is a heavy leakage of high voltage you will not see it and it can be dangerous to be even close to it,If you decide to go in to check you need to be very carefull ,I would suggest you call for assistance from a servicer if you are not too familiar with tv service.

Got Clover LCD2084, I try turn-on and only make loud sound and the power turn red and the screen is black.

I would unplug everything from the back of the system, clean the connections with a brush and rubbing alcohol, then plug everything back in. Turn it on and see if you get the same problem. If so then try unplugging the cameras and see if the noise stops. If the noise stops then one at a time I would plug the cameras in watching to see if you get a picture and/or sound. You may have a bad camera that is sending a short to the system that sends the system in to a protection mode.

Tv was plugged in and off, but when turned on, it made a real ( I mean really loud) piercing noise and the tv just went out completely and there was like a burning sort of smell so we unplugged it and...

It could be anything, sounds like either a power supply issue or a short circuit, dont try and turn this back on as you will only do more damage, unfortunately the only solution is a professional repair and that may not even do it, smeeling burning usually means something died inside, so it wont be cheap. sorry to be the bearer of bad news

Loud possible fan noise

if you are not afraid to get in to the back of tv, the chassie has 4 different fans, you can unplug the tv remove all of the screws on the back, and remove the lamp door, there are about 5 plugs on the top of the chassie that plugs in the tv,donot unplug these plugs ,you can pull the chassie out of tv until you run out of wire on the plugs, then plug the tv in,turn the tv on, and you might hear the fan thats bad. If you are not comfortable with this call a repair man,the fans are not that expensive, and are pretty easy to change.i can guide you thru the replacement process if you need my help.

Loud noise when dryer is running.

My guess is that the belt is going bad. It could also be a bad bearing...the noise is generally metallic. Also...a bad belt tensioner comes to mind.

TV makes a repeated cricket sound and won't turn on.

It means that the TV set has a short in it somewhere. The sound you hear is the power supply trying to start up and shutting down. Most likely the Horizontal output transistor shorted because of a bd high voltge flyback transformer went bad. Common problem for these types of sets. Good Luck

TV makes a reoeated cricket sound & won't turn on.

You have a short somewhere in your set. Most likely the horizontal output transistor. The sound that you are hearing is the power supply being overloaded. If the horizontal output is shorted, you probably have a bad flyback (high voltage) transformer. You need to have it checked out by service tech also ask for an estimate. Stargazer
