What you need to do is hold the power button up for about 20 seconds your screen should turn on and then off, and then re-power your sansa clip.

try removing ever thing that you installed shut down th computer and then restart is and reinstall it and then restart the computer

My sandisk clip screen just went blank and won't turn back i was plugging it into the charger when it happened even though it was still half way charged.


did you try restarting/refreshing it? if you did, ask yourself: did you restart/turn off the computer AT ALL during this time? then, the solution is clear.

try restarting the computer with the player plugged in. or restart the player its-self (try this first)

Zune is displaying Error 5

Restart?
you mean reset? if so. then just Format it by going to start>my computer>The Players Drive then right click and format.

if your player is frozen then Leave the power button located at the bottom-left hand side for 20-25secs.

If you want to turn on then leave the power buttton pressed for 3 secs

Try this: Press and hold the center button and the start button at the same time for about 10-20 sec. it worked for, plus thats what the ppl at sandisk told me to do.
