Error 98c when trying to resize partition. Have cleaned disk, defragmented, used Reg Cure...nothing works
Try to use hard drive partition software.
something like Maxtor, partition magic, etc.........

I would download and run the registry
utility from iobit.com
It is freeware and works then run CHKDSK/F.
Within iobits programme are useful utilities that empty the temporary directories and can remove unwanted old files.
